- Press firmly on the wound with a clean bandage or cloth.
- Help the person lie down and stay calm.
- Do NOT remove deep objects, call emergency immediately.
- Go to the nearest hospital if bleeding doesn't stop.

- Drink warm fluids frequently.
- Eat foods rich in Vitamin C.
- Avoid smoking and smoke exposure.
- For persistent cough with phlegm or fever, see a doctor.
❤️ 3. For Heart and Diabetes Patients
Take your medications on time, eat healthy, walk daily if your doctor allows, and check your blood pressure and sugar regularly. Never change your dose without your doctor's advice.

- Lay the person down and raise their legs slightly.
- Check breathing and pulse.
- Do not give food or drink if unconscious.
- Call a doctor immediately.
